This workshop is brilliant to get you started. You learn about the history of massage  and simple techniques. Once completed you will be able to practice a head routine that will leave your family friends more relaxed and stress free!! This is perfect workshop for a community, work setting or with a group. There’s no need for equipment or oils as this workshop will just need a space and some normal desk chairs! This massage is performed over clothing making this also appropriate for vulnerable learners.

This workshop will educate you about the different massage techniques and movements. Massage in other countries in an integral part of their of lives. We are definitely becoming more open minded to using massage not just as a form of relaxation but as part of our general health & wellbeing. On completion of the workshop you will have a basic understanding of massage and will be able to pass on to family and friends. Please note these courses are not accredited

This workshop is very interesting and you will learner a lot about yourself and how the body works.  Reflexology can be used on the feet and hands. If you or someone you know suffers from a certain condition or ailment this workshop is perfect for you. You will be able to learn about the different reflex points that relate to different parts of the body. Reflexology is all about healing the mind and body, doing this will open your mind and you will learner how effective holistic healing can be.
